Hi there, I am Sophia 👩🏻‍🏫. I am working as a software engineer in NYC. I graduated from McMaster University, majored in Computer Science. I started my journey in software development at the age of 10 learning web development.
I spent this summer at Morgan Stanley interning with the Corporate Lending Operations team as a technology analyst. Previously, I worked as a teaching assistant under the Department of Computing and Software at McMaster University. I taught the implementations of data structures and algorithms in Java. Also, I interned at IBM Canada as a Software Engineer.
I love developing safe and innovative software to increase user satisfaction and create a positive impact on society. In my spare time, I enjoy learning a new language and technology.
